ok so im turning 14 and my mom is considering letting me get my navel pierced. i want it done soo bad but im kinda afraid. i did some research and i guess u can get an anasthetic so u don't feel it which would be amazing .... is there any piercing places in fargo nd that offer anasthetics? or even a hospital in north dakota around the fargo area please help me is much appreciated!!...
