Resolved Question: Is Paris, France or Fargo, North Dakota more fun?

Fargo has really neat Scandinavian heritage and nearby moorehead, but Paris is almost as exciting and im looking for a lively place with lots of nightlife. My plan is to spend 7 nights in Fargo, 6 nights in Moorehead, then camp out in the grasslands of I-29.
